Description

Repair procedure:

  1. Send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and describe the issue with your Ketonix®
  2. Purchase the repair service in our webshop.
  3. Send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and attach the order confirmation of the purchase.
  4. A return label will be created and emailed to the customer (whenever possible)

KETONIX AB will attempt to repair and replace any faulty part. The customer will be contacted and 
the repaired KETONIX device will be shipped back to the customer with DHL Express.
